We have crafted our process over the years to be as user-friendly as possible so we’d like to break it down for you so you know exactly what to expect with our full-service construction projects. First, our sales and design team gets to work to provide you with a quality rendering that combines beauty with functionality. Following this, our project management team oversees changes, selections, and execution, and continues to be active all the way until work has been completed. As decisions are made, installation begins. Our team of installers and subcontractors are like family to us. The process is as easy as one, two, three!
Step 1: Sales and Design
Our process starts with a handshake, and we love it that way. The initial consultation is conveniently at your home, where we discuss your wish list, take beginning measurements, and brainstorm ideas to get a sense of the scope of your project, as well as your proposed budget. Once back in the office, our design team will create a highly detailed, color rendering (when applicable) of your space where you’ll see your ideas come to life. We’re confident that our design software, and our attention to detail is some of the best in New England. Visit us in our showroom to view your new rendering and browse our selections of styles, stains, and choices in each cabinet line. Have a few concerns, or changes to make? No problem, we’ll work with you during your showroom visit. Once you sign a contract, our beautiful renderings become yours to keep. At this point, you’re ready to move into the next step.
Step 2: Project Management
We are so committed to keeping your project running smoothly that we have invested extensive time, effort, and resources into becoming proficient at the use of a cloud-based software, called Buildertrend. This project management powerhouse keeps you up to date on to-do’s, style selections, scheduling, invoices, and so much more. The grease behind the wheel is our committed project management team, devoted to making your experience informative and organized. Our project management is well-versed in providing support; we’ll be here every step of the way so you know what to expect and where to find it. Here is the best part: because we’re such a close-knit team, our sales, design, project management, and installation crews are involved with your project at all stages. Project management is the glue that connects our sales, you, and the execution of your project.
Step 3: Installation
Remember what we said about our team’s involvement with your project at all stages of the process? From demo to the final walk through the details matter and we take great pride in executing this. You know the saying “jack of all trades, master of none”? At Kitchens By Bruce we do all of our own cabinet installs in combination with only highly skilled subcontractors for the other trades that continually work directly with us to provide master workmanship under the Kitchens By Bruce platform with the same level of integrity.
