Our in-house crew can take your dreams, turn them into plans, and finally into reality all within one seamless business. Let’s get started!
Step 1: Sales and Design
How exciting! You’re adding on to your home and we’re so pleased to help you achieve your dream addition! The initial consultation is conveniently at your home, where we discuss your wish list, take beginning measurements, and brainstorm ideas to get a sense of the scope of your project, as well as your proposed budget. From there our team starts creating and drafting the perfect layout to fit your needs and wishes. Additions are a little more indepth than a general remodel as it’s outside the footprint of your existing home so certified plans needs to be drafted in conjunction with your town requirements - again, our team has you covered. While our team is hard at work working with the town, we also may create detailed digital renderings of some of the interior spaces so you can get a good feel of how the whole project will look. After an inital proposed plan we’ll collaborate with you to get all the details right during one of your showroom visits. Once we have the general details worked out and you sign a contract you’re ready to move into the next step!
Step 2: Project Management
We are so committed to keeping your project running smoothly that we have invested extensive time, effort, and resources into becoming proficient at the use of a cloud-based software, called Buildertrend. This project management powerhouse keeps you up to date on to-do’s, style selections, scheduling, invoices, and so much more. The grease behind the wheel is our committed project management team, devoted to making your experience informative and organized. Our project management is well-versed in providing support; we’ll be here every step of the way so you know what to expect and where to find it. Here is the best part: because we’re such a close-knit team, our sales, design, project management, and installation crews are involved with your project at all stages. Project management is the glue that connects our sales, you, and the execution of your project.
Step 3: CONSTRUCTION
Let’s get building! From site work to general construction we’ve got you covered. Framing, windows, roof, siding and more are all included in our addition packages. We are your one stop shop so you don’t have to manage individual contractors all within a tight timeline.
Step 4: FINISHING
Now that the framing it’s time to start making it look like a finished space! Sheetrocking, paiting, trim, flooring, and more make the space go from rough to liveable. Add in any plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC that needs to be added in and you’re getting close to wrapped up.
Step 5: cabinetry and accents
Time to fill up the space and get creative! Cabinetry, accents, furniture and more. Let your new space come alive with the pieces and furniture you’ll use everyday. Balance functionality with beauty in your new space as you enjoy the added comfort your addition brings to our way of life.
